[영한경제] 그리스 국가 부도란

아주 오랜만에 글을 쓰는거 같습니다.
It's been long time to write the ariticle.


요새 그리스 문제로 말이 많고 어제 그리스 2차 구제 금융이 통과 되었습니다.
Recently, there are much debates about Greek debt problem and finally European leaders have passed second rescue plan for Greece.


사실 그리스 국가 부도 자체가 세계에 미치는 영향은 아주 미미하다고 보시면 됩니다.
Actaully, the impact to the World from the result of default of Greece isn't much.


이란처럼 오일 생산 국도 아니고 수출을 해서 먹고 사는 나라도 아니며 그렇다고 내수가 엄청나게 커서 미국처럼 엄청 수입을 하는 나라도 아닙니다.
They aren't country like Iran, who exports such amount of oil nor they have huge internal eocnomy like USA, who imports alot.


그렇다면 왜? 그리스 문제가 계속해서 부곽이 되는가?
Then why the Greek problem keep up on news?


그것은 그리스 채권 등에 투자한 은행들 떄문입니다. 
That's because of the banks, who have invested in Greek bond.


직접적으로 프랑스, 독일 등 유럽의 수많은 은행들이 엄청난 금액의 그리스 채권을 가지고 있으며 영국, 미국 등의 주요 은행들 역시 상당한 양의 채권을 보유 하고 있습니다.
French, German and many European banks have dirently invested significant amount in Greek bonds so as banks in England, American and rest of the world.


간접적으로는 다시 직접적으로 그리스 채권을 가지고 있는 은행의 채권을 가진 은행 혹은 투자자들이 전세계적으로 있다는 것입니다.
Again, other banks and investors have invested in those banks, which is now they have indireclt connection to Greece.


그러다 보니 
Therefore,


그리스 부도 -> 주요 유럽에 있는 은행 파산 -> 은행에 대한 채권 혹은 투자했던 또 다른 은행 혹은 투자자의 파산 혹은 손실 -> 투자 위축 -> 경제 위축 -> 또 다른 금융 위기
Default of Greece -> Default of major European banks -> Default or losses of other banks and investers, who invested in thoes banks -> Shrinking of investment activity -> Recession -> Another financial crisis.


이러한 연쇄 반응에 의해 결국 국제 금융 위기가 되어 버립니다.
This chain reaction will result International financial crisis.


일단 2차 구제 금융으로 3월에 만기가 돌아 오는 채권을 막았지만 채권 만기는 지속적으로 돌아 오기 떄문에
For now, they have aid and able to pay back the debts, which is maturity in March, but other bonds are keep coming


그리스가 긴축을 통한 재정 지출을 막고 자립적으로 채권에 대한 만기 때 자립적으로 만기가 돌아 오는 채권을 상환 할 수 있는 체력을 갖출 떄 까지는 
Therefore, unless Greece recover and become financially healthy throughout fiscal austerity so that they can pay back their debt by themselves


지속적으로 그리스 문제가 부곽 될 것입니다.
Greek problems will keep up continously.
